Can I and how do I request a custom change for a strap?
Yes, you can! I know everyone is always looking for the best fit for themselves and the watch. On each product page there is a box called “custom requests”. Please include the custom changes you would like, and it will be added to your order?
You can request.
- Length (there is a limit, no double tour length straps)
- Taper
- Stitching colour
- Quick release spring bars
- Curved lugs
- Buckle colour (polished, brushed, gold)
- Number and position of holes
- Thickness of strap (only for lined straps)
How long will it take for me to get the strap?
I allow 2 working weeks to make each strap and then shipping takes 3-5 business days typically depending on location.
Can I have a bespoke strap made?
Of course, you can! Please send me a message through the bespoke orders page located on the header and I would be happy to discuss and suggest ideas.
Do you have a physical store, and can I come visit?
Sorry, at this time I do all my work through my workshop and can’t accommodate visitors. I’m not sure there would even be space if I could!
How do I know what lug size to get?
Use a caliper to measure the distance between the lugs or use a ruler.
How do I know what size to order? How do I measure my wrist?
You can measure your wrist by simply wrapping a measuring tape or a string around your wrist until they meet. Then measure the resultant length where the tape/ string crosses. This should give your wrist size.
Or,
Take an old strap that you know fits you well and measure the length of each strap (excluding the buckle)
