Made-to-Order Production

All watch straps are handmade to order.

Production begins after payment is received. Dispatch is estimated at up to 14 business days. In some cases, production may take longer due to the handmade and custom nature of the straps. This does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Shipping Method

We offer worldwide tracked shipping.

Delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Once a parcel has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and/or handling or clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict or estimate their amount.

Unpaid Customs Charges / Refused or Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, returned, or not delivered due to:

  • unpaid customs duties or import charges

  • failure to respond to customs or courier requests

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the buyer

the parcel will be treated as a refused delivery.

In such cases:

  • No refunds will be issued

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Any return shipping, customs, or handling fees charged to us may be deducted or charged separately

  • Re-shipment will only be offered at the buyer’s expense and only if the item is returned to us in saleable condition

  • If the parcel is destroyed, abandoned, or disposed of by customs or the carrier, no refund or replacement will be provided

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
