IMPORTANT – CUSTOM MADE & CUSTOMS
All items are handmade to order and are final sale.
No returns or refunds are accepted except in the case of a manufacturing error.
Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes.
Unpaid customs charges are treated as refused delivery and are not eligible for refund.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • All watch straps are made to order and may show natural variations in leather, colour, grain, and finish.

  • Minor measurement tolerances (±2–3 mm) are inherent to hand cutting and do not constitute a defect.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

  • Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order due to product availability, pricing errors, description errors, or suspected fraud.

  • Responsibility for the item transfers to the buyer once the parcel has been dispatched.

  • We are not responsible for delays, customs processing, or additional charges incurred during shipping; however, we will assist where possible in liaising with the carrier.

  • These terms and conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies.
